I have 2 boats, I am in a severn trent water area, can I still clean and anti foul the boats and the decks during a hose pipe ban as these are health and safety issues?

You are correct.

This website is essentially useless until it develops a hosepipe ban checker. It’s not really that hard, you could hire a 16 year old jobless kid fresh from school and even they could knock one out for you in a few weeks

Severn Trent Water are in favour of flexibility of water supply (though they’re probably the only company that are), and their MD frequently argues in favour of this.

Why do Severn Trent charge such high water rates. I live in South Staffs yet have to use Severn Trent, if I was able to use South Staffs Water my charges would be considerably cheaper. We should have freedom of choice as we do with electricty and Gas.
